Friends of South Asian American Communities (FOSAAC) is dedicated to strengthening relationships and promoting understanding among the people of United States and South Asia.

FOSAAC is committed to providing a platform for empowering professionals working in the built environment in personal and professional growth, business development and networking, and leadership in our community.

We seek to increase knowledge and enhance dialogue, encourage creative expression, and generate new ideas across the fields of arts and culture, health, business, policies and education.

To be a national leader and  voice for South Asian American community centers, ensuring that our communities have better access to policy makers and the general public, to promote collaboration, planning and collective action amongst its members to support common advocacy/policy, organizational development and capacity- building goals.

Mission


Representing South Asian American business owners and creating business opportunities for its members and their diverse communities.

The Association develops, encourages, promotes and supports the business climate by providing networking events and seminars.

Services

Create platforms for organizing various networking events and celebrations, and providing professional assistance.

FOSAAC offers a synergistic program by identifying outstanding South Asian-American leaders as role models, organizing networking forums, providing executive’s mentors, and offering mentoring training sessions and workshops.

We guide to meet the diverse needs of Asian professionals by broadening the horizon upon which they would choose their careers through expanding opportunity and through networking, and to utilize the talents and influence of these professionals to create innovative and successful projects which benefit the community.

To plan, provide, promote and coordinate accessible, affordable, services to all individuals, and to provide programs of community economic development for the benefit of low income API communities.
